1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Description: Blade Runners provides mobile knife and blade sharpening services at the convenience of your location. Our skilled technicians will come to your specified location to sharpen your knives and blades with precision equipment.
Booking and Payment: To schedule an appointment for our services, you must provide accurate information including your name, address, contact information, and preferred appointment time. Payment for our services is due upon completion and can be made via cash, check, Venmo, or ZellePay.
4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $20.00.
5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items to be sharpened are clean and free from any hazardous materials. Blade Runners reserves the right to refuse service if the items are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for sharpening.
6. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our services, Blade Runners shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Intellectual Property: All content included on our website and related materials, such as logos, images, and text, are the property of Blade Runners and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.
8. Modification of Terms: Blade Runners reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws of Tennessee. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tennessee.
